For students grades 1-12, this is an outdoors, hands-on environmental program
Mondays at 4-5pm, begins October 4 for 10 weeks (weather permitting)
Location: Climate Awareness Garden @ Schreiber
Through gardening and other outdoor activities, elementary students will grow vegetables, address climate change and protect the environment, develop confidence and independence, and much more.
Middle and High School students will participate in the garden program and be trained as mentors to the elementary students.
The Climate Awareness Garden is located on Campus Drive just past the security guard post and the bathrooms. To access the garden, walk down the path toward the baseball field. Go through the turnstile for the track and walk back toward Campus Drive. The garden is located in the corner of the fenced area. Open to students in grades 1-12
