Residents Forward is proud to host two oyster gardens in 2025. Located at Town Dock and Morgan’s Dock in Manorhaven we are working in partnership with Councilwoman Mariann Dalimonte and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Nassau to care for and grow oysters which will be planted in Manhasset Bay at the end of October. The Town Dock oyster garden is generously sponsored by KISS Beauty Products.

Volunteers are needed every Saturday from 8:30–10am for these cleaning and measuring sessions. It’s a great way to give back to your community and meet like-minded residents in a hands-on way. Please sign up here:
